ECOM Automation software provides a service allowing interaction with the Facebook social network
provided by Facebook, Inc. Note that this third-party service has separate and independent privacy
policies. ECOM Automation will therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and
activities of third-party links. However, our aim is to protect the integrity of our software, hence
we welcome any feedback regarding these sites.
California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA)
CalOPPA requires commercial websites and online services to post a privacy policy. This law extends
throughout the United States and conceivably the world and requires any person or company that
provides a service that collects Personally Identifiable Information from California consumers to
post a conspicuous privacy policy on its website explicitly stating what the information collected
is used for, as well as the individuals or companies with whom it is being shared.
